MyConcern - Activating Account


NOTE: If you have not received your welcome email please contact the DSL at your school for assistance.

  1.  Locate the activation email that was sent to you, it would have been from"" and would have had a subject similar to "New Account Created - School Name". It will look like the below image.
  2. Click on the link in the email to take you to a page asking you to set a password for your account.
    NOTE: this password must contain the following:
    - 1x Number
    - 1x Upper Character
    - 1x Symbol
    - A minimum of 6 characters in total

  3. This is now your account all setup and ready for you to log any concerns using the system to your DSL team.
