How to run a report on a user defined group


After you have set up user defined groups, you can then run reports on these groups.

For example, when running an attendance report, you can change the “Group Type” to User Defined Groups then click on Search.

This will show a list of all your User Defined Groups.



You can then double click on the group to run the report on this specific group of students –rather than only run the report for year or reg groups.
