Saving a Word document as a PDF

Word documents can easily be converted to PDFs, you may need to do this if there is a specific requirement for the document to be in the PDF format. To do this, follow the instructions below.

 

First, Click file in the word document, this is in the top left

When in the menu, click the print button

 

Click the printer drop down and choose between Adobe PDF or Microsoft print to PDF, you may only have the latter option.

Click print and a save dialog box will open, go to where you want to save it and click save
